Folder (7) contains first revisions to the Introduction and Chapter 2, Sections I and II.  Folder (8) contains second revisions to the Introduction, Chapter 1, and Chapter 2, Sections II and III.  Folder (9) contains third revisions of the Introduction and Chapter 1.  Folder (10) contains a copy-edited typescript of Chapter 2 (1984?).  Folder (11) contains draft (7), which is a complete typescript (1984?).</dc:description>
