Biographical history
Albert Collignon was born in Treherne, Manitoba, in 1937, to parents Cicilia (Montreal) and Eugene (Luxembourg) Collignon. Collignon eventually moved to L'Orignal, Ontario, where he pursued his writing, publishing under Nongilloc Books.
