Note
Recordings of the composition by Oscar Peterson (1977) for Les Ballets jazz de Montréal (BJM) in November 1982 available in the Oscar Peterson fonds at Library and Archives Canada (LAC). BJM initially applied for a Canada Council grant to produce "Jailhouse Jam" in 1976, but were unsuccessful. They eventually presented the work in its entirety in January 1984, choreographed by Daryl Gray.
