File consists of a draft typescript of an article entitled, "Thoughts for Holy Week". This article consists of three stylized letters addressed to the L'Arche Daybreak community from Nouwen, written during his stay in Winnipeg. Nouwen is writing as pastor to the people of the community. The letter for Holy Thursday is about the washing of the feet that is traditionally done at Daybreak. The Good Friday letter speaks of Jesus' gift of the Eucharist before his death. In his Easter Sunday letter, Nouwen tells the Daybreak community that Easter is something that happens first in our hearts.
