Before and during his initial academic appointments to a major Canadian university, Prof. Richardson was involved in Knox College and the Presbyterian Church of Canada. This series documents the early years of involvement in these two organizations. The Knox College files contain personal and official correspondence including his pension, notes, reports and other documents relating to and with colleagues such as Dr. William Fitch, Rev. J. W. Voelkel, the Evangelical Seminary, the Inter Varsity Christian Fellowship (IVCF), among others.
Files relating to his work with the Presbyterian Church in Canada include counseling correspondence, Committee on Church Architecture, Committee on Evangelism, and the Sub Committee on Ministry.
