File consists of the parts for an arrangement by John Beckwith various East coast Canadian folksongs, including copies of the manuscript scores for two arrangements: "Le Départ du Marin pour Boston" and "The Banks of Newfoundland." The arrangement was performed as part of the "Images of Canada: The Sea and the Spirit" program at Music at Sharon (July 13, 1985). The complete set was:
- Le Départ du marin pour Boston : for SATB chorus a cappella
- The Banks of Newfoundland : for baritone solo with oboe, violin, viola, cello, SATB chorus, and optional keyboard and bass
- Farewell to Nova Scotia : for baritone solo, trumpet, percussion, viola, cello, bass, SATB chorus
- Song for the Mira / Allister MacGillivray, arr. Stuart Calvert.
