Series consists of records related to and collected at the 16th G7 Summit in Houston, Texas, which took place from July 9-11, 1990. Records in this series include major summit documents, minor summit documents, official documents of member countries, records related to bilateral meetings, transcripts of wire services, newspaper, magazine, and news wire clippings relating to G7 countries and issues such as politics, trade, and the environment, as well as works produced by the G7/G8 Research Group. This series also consists of a souvenir hardcover pictorial history book of the Houston Summit. This series also includes audio recordings of press conferences, briefings, scrums, interviews, media broadcasts, and G7 Research Group meetings. Finally, this series includes items collected from the Houston Summit.
