File consists of correspondence from various staff members of McClelland and Stewart Limited, which published "The Double Hook" in 1959 and "Deep Hollow Creek" in 1992, including royalty statements, contracts, solications for new material, requests for opinions on submitted manuscripts, information about Wyndham Lewis, changes of the cover art for "The Double Hook"(includes promotional flyer of cover design by Frank Newfeld in file 1 of 5) and newsclippings and book reviews following Watson's nomination for the Governor General's Award for "Deep Hollow Creek". Correspondents include Avie Bennett, Steve Burrows, Adrienne Clarkson, Maggie Dowling, G.T. Feilding, Douglas M. Gibson, M. Hodgeman, Sybil Hutchinson, Valerie A. Jacobs, J.
