Fonds consists of sketches, drafts, and texts for Udo Kasemets’s compositions, including scores prior to 1960 that use conventional media, and those after 1960, which consists of multi-purpose scores, combination scores, and theatre pieces. The fonds also contains programs and press notices for performances by Udo Kasemets and of his works; correspondence with many American avant-garde musicians; and Kasemets’s projects and notes from his time teaching at the Ontario College of Art.

File contains materials relating to "Wordmusic/Interface (any dictionary)" for readers, tape recorders, mixers at diverse geographical locations using postal, air-express, radio, or telecommunition. Materials include: 1 file of sketches (coloured inks); 1 score : typescript and ink; "process data" (wall and road maps, addresses of participants, etc.); information and instruction to participants (typescript); list of "Eartharound" participants (ink); charts of tape mixes; notes for Ontario College of Art performances on March 5, 12, 31, 1974 (pencil and ink); and correspondence with Trevor Wishart, Conrado Silva, Paul Grant, Dick [Higgins], Pat Elliott, [Graham] Chal[lifour], Giancarlo Cardini, Don Druick, Pauline Oliveros, Clive Robertson, Bob Pritchard, Richard Teitelbaum, Svend Aaquist Johansen, and Alcides Lanza. File also contains: Udo's memorybank: "index of inputs," including sketches, and photocopy with playing-card pagination; Sixty cycles, including program, a copy of typed letter inviting contributions, and sketches for tape work in ink; Nonologue, including a copy of typed invitation letter, album of responses with address labels and stamps, and correspondence from Dick Higgins, Mary Ashley, Don Druick, Pauline Oliveros, Jackson Mac Low, John Beckwith, Robert Ashley, Graham Coughtry, and Nobuo Kubota; Tokens of thanks, including a draft and a copy of typescript. File also contains 4 albums of small black and white photos, mostly self-portraits, often double-exposed, and "36 questions with 36 responses" (typescript).

According to the description on the box, it was "recorded on round hook rug in library of Dick Higgins's house on Cisco Road in Barton, Vermont from 9:15 pm on. Read by Dick Higgins and Michael Cooper, recorded on Sony E.S.P. auto reverse machine at 19 cm, 8-track (mostly blank) stereo. Was supposed to include version by Clive Robertson which failed to arrive in time - proceeded without."
