This accession contains records relating to the Council of Health Sciences – consisting of the Deans and other representatives of the seven health science Faculties at U of T, and the Toronto Academic Health Sciences Network (TAHSN) – nine teaching hospitals fully affiliated with U of T and four associate member institutions. The accession also has records from the Council of Health Sciences and Social Work Deans, and records from the Pandemic Flu Planning committee, and the Health Sciences Committee on Emergency Preparedness. The records consist mainly of meetings minutes and agenda, planning documents, and briefing notes. See file list for more details.

The accession contains student appeals and reviews, various superceded policies, and Faculty Secretary materials.

Digital files consist of minutes of meetings of the Academy Directors Committee, 2001-2004.

Records assembled by Mary Hunter as project director and physician-in-charge of the "Clinical Assessment Survey, Sioux Lookout Project II: delivery of health care", beginning on 1 March 1973, with her report being submitted in 1975. The records include background studies, correspondence, notes, forms, log books, samples from 22 First Nation communities in Northern Ontario, reports, and data printouts.
