Collection consists of materials relating to musical life in Toronto, Ontario. The collection includes photographs of various Canadian and European musicians, including various photographs of Canadian Opera Company productions from the late 1980s and early 1990s, autographs from various opera singers and musicians from the late-nineteenth century, three scrapbooks with newspaper clippings and programs, and a collection of songs published in the Toronto Evening Telegram at the end of the nineteenth century.

Photographs of musicians

Series consists of photographs of Canadian and European musicians from the early 1900s, as well as Giuliana Gattoni's collection of publicity photographs from the late 1980s and early 1990s, which predominantly consists of photographs of Canadian Opera Company productions.

Giuliana Gattoni's collection of publicity photographs

File consists of press and publicity photographs collected by Giuliana Gattoni, a freelance ballet and opera critic in Toronto in the 1980s and early 1990s. Most of the photographs are of Canadian Opera Company productions. The file also includes some photographs of Canadian musicians, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, and some photographs of festivals in Italy, including the Festival of Two Worlds in Spoleto and some performances at the Arena Sferisterio in Macerata.
