Files of Associate Librarian Ritvars Bregzis, relating to Systems Development and Ontario New Universitites Libraries Project (ONULP).

Consists of Library exhibitions, events, projects, and donations files. There are also Library Publications Committee (1988, 1991-1995) and Friends of Fisher Steering Committee (1988-1995) minutes.

Includes images of library staff, events such as receptions, book launchings and openings. There are also many negatives and prints of exterior and interior views of Robarts, Sigmund Samuel and Science and Medicine libraries. A selection of colour 4x6 views of campus scenes include images of several buildings: University College, Victoria College, Burwash Hall, Croft Chapter House, Knox College, Earth Sciences Building, Hart House, Robarts and others. These latter photos were taken by the staff of Preservation Services for a contest on U. of T. Day (early 1990s)

Includes records relating to the Working Group on Undergraduate Library Services (1996-1997) such as minutes, correspondence and final report; records of the Undergraduate Selection Transition Group (1994-1997) relating to the Sigmund Samuel Collection. Also one file on the Provost's Advisory Committee on the Student experience (1991-1993).

1 photo album of carved wood containing b/w and colour photographs of the University of Toronto Ukranian Studies exhibition of the life and work of Andrei Sheptyts'kyi. The exibition took place November 22-24, 1984 at Robart's Library. It documented the work of Andrei Sheptyts-kyi, spiritual leader of the Ukranian Caltholics (b. 1865-d. 1944) who fought to save Jews during WWII.

The fonds primarily consists of correspondence between Edith Sinclair, HR Generalist in the Library Human Resources department, and individuals involved in the process of planning, developing, and organizing events such as orientation sessions and staff events such as "Celebrating Our Cultures" and health fairs.
