Discusses the establishment of the honors course in geography and its curricula, the administrative history of the Dept. of Geography, prominent personalities in the Dept., including Griffiths Taylor, Donald Putnam and Kenneth Hare, Harold Innis and Sidney Smith and his involvement with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association during and after World War II.
