This accession contains Art Committee meeting minutes, reports and memorandas. The accesion also contains correspondence from the office of the Director Ken Bartlett and Art Curators Dr. Elizabeth and Liz Wylie, Directors Joan Randall and Sheila Campbell, and from the office of Peter Richardson, Principal of University College. Also contains architectural drawings of the Art Gallery, the Art Centre, and the Malcove Gallery.

University of Toronto. McLuhan Program in Culture and Technology

Consists of various administrative files including; policy statements and forms, human resources contracts, student files, budget information, student and faculty inquiries, yearly reviews and reports, program events, grant applications and general correspondence. The accession also consists of a large number of invoices and contracts. Many of the files appear to be from the desk of Derrick de Kerckhove, Director of the McLuhan Program in Culture and Technology from 1983 until 2008.

University of Toronto. Students' Administrative Council

Includes administrative records in the form of correspondence, financial documents, minutes of committees, policies and reports documenting many of the activities of the Students' Administrative Council.
Early records to the 1960s are mainly financial and include trial balances, audit reports, budgets, financial statements and reports. There is extensive correspondence from the General Secretary Treasurer, Mr. E.A. MacDonald from 1934-1949 except a brief interlude during the war period when Ms. A.E.M. Parkes took on this acting role. There is correspondence for her tenure for the year 1943-44 only.
Financial records, reports, studies, policies and event files document the period from the mid 1960s to the mid 1980s. There are also files on broader student governing bodies such as the National Federation of Canadian University Students, the Canadian Union of Students and the Ontario Federation of Students.
