Subseries consists of season events calendars for the University of Toronto Faculty of Music. The events calendar was titled "Notes" starting with the 1988-1989 concert season.

Subseries consists of programs and recordings of concerts by the Faculty of Music's jazz ensembles, including two Jazz Orchestra; the Jazz Orchestra 12tet; and the Vocal Jazz Ensemble, directed by Christine Duncan.

New Music Festival

Subseries consists of events that were part of the University of Toronto New Music Festival (UTNMF), an international festival of contemporary music presented annually by the University of Toronto Faculty of Music. The festival was coordinated by Norbert Palej.

Visitor Lists

Sub-series consists of Father Donovan's handwritten lists recording the names and dates of various visitors to the Donovan Art Collection. One of the files also includes a list of artist names whose works appears in the collection.

Donovan Art Collection Account

Sub-series consists of documents relating to the Donovan Art Collection financial account. Documents include invoices and receipts regarding financial donations, art purchases, and other expenses of the Donovan Art Collection, as well as the account's closing and opening balances. Additionally, the sub-series also includes related correspondences between Father Donovan and the collection accounting team.

This subseries consists of theses in which Blissymbolics is involved or the direct topic of study. The theses come from a variety of different scholars and universities.

Sub-series consists of inventory lists of the Donovan Art Collection, which also include the locations of artwork on the St. Michael's College campus.

Henri Nouwen Literary Trust and Henri Nouwen Society administrative files

Subseries consists of files relating to the administrative business of the Henri Nouwen Literary Trust and the Canadian branch of the Henri Nouwen Society including correspondence, reference material and newsletters. Due to the overlapping administrative support of the Henri Nouwen Literary Trust and the Canadian and American branches of the Henri Nouwen Society, records pertaining to the operation of these entities are not uncommon. Unless otherwise noted references to the Henri Nouwen Society can be understood as encompassing both the Canadian and American branches of the organization.

Topics in this series include: the selection and repackaging of Nouwen’s writing and talks for new publications; the establishment of the Nouwen Archives at the University of St. Michael’s College in Toronto, Ontario; Nouwen related articles, book reviews and events; copyright, distribution and usage permissions related to Nouwen’s work; the financial support of Nouwen related projects; legal agreements and paperwork pertaining to the management and settlement of the Nouwen Estate; the translation of Nouwen’s work; requests for materials or financial donations; and Nouwen's funerals. Included is documentation regarding the addition to Dayspring; the production and development of Journey of the Heart: the Life of Henri Nouwen; the development of books by Michael O’Laughlin, Michael J. Christensen and Rebecca Laird; reporting and budgeting information for the Oral History Project; and the permissions associated with Nouwen’s appearance on the Hour of Power at the Crystal Cathedral in 1992.

Subseries includes contracts for regular orchestra members, guest artists, and agreements for collaborations with other groups, including the National Arts Centre Orchestra (NACO), Les Événements du neuf, National Youth Orchestra, Association Musique Actuelle de Québec (AMAQ), Canadian Opera Company (COC), and Société de musique contemporaine du Québec (SMCQ).

Board of directors

Subseries consists of meeting agendas, minutes, reports from various other committees, and correspondence from the Board of Directors of Esprit Orchestra (initially named Esprit Contemporain). Subseries also includes drafts of of the Directors' Manual and By-Laws.

Grant applications and correspondence

Subseries consists of correspondence and copies of New Music Concerts' applications and reports to granting agencies, including Metro Toronto, the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, Ontario Arts Council, and Canada Council. NMC applied for grants to support the operational costs of the performing arts organizations, including the costs of presenting their concert season and commissioning new compositions. Grant applications include budgets, artistic director's reports, financial statements, and proposals for concerts and events.
