-manuscripts by Parker Palmer titled "Desert Truth: Toward a Contemplative Knowing"
-proposal for a summer institute at Pendle Hill for 1982 titled "Formation for Ministry in Community"
-copy of Parker's booklet "Going Public: a working paper for Christians on the renewal of the public life".
-itnerary for an Ad Hoc Committee on Religion and Philanthorpy for September 28 - 29, 1981.
-correspondence between the Palmers and John S. and Marjorie Mogabgab, Robert W. Lynn of the Lilly Endowment Inc., Sr. Dolores Schuh CHM, administrative secretary at the Institute for Ecumenical and Cultural Research, and Ursula Scott, the extension secretary at Pendle Hill.

File consists of letters from members of the Pendle Hill Institute of Wallingford, PA, including a note from Sandra (Sonnie) regarding long distance phone calls from the Institute, and a letter from participants of the 1982 Summer Institute to The Trident Nein group (made up of Vincent Kay, James Cunningham, Bill Hortman, Tom Quinn, Art Laffin, Judy Beaumont, Ann Dennis, Ann Montgomery and George Veasey), currently incarcerated for civil disobedience.
