All to better understand ourselves and then to make choices which will make our lives more coherent.

Many people come and go at L'Arche, but when here we are all just "peaking" out from our hearts hoping someone will recognize me as I am and tell me I am ok.

Content notes (or transcription) from beginning of the recording: I hope you did your homework. We will continue now from yesterday. First of all, that we recognize the brokenness, feelings and tensions where I want to grow but I don't think I can because something is holding me back. If I grow somebody close to me may be left behind or we can feel we have been thrust out and abandoned. Is there anyone who really loves me as unique? We all long for that happy tension where I know I am loved the way I am and to know I have the capacity to take responsibility for others.
