University related files include one on the Library Oral History Project which he administered, one on the tributes to Harold Innis, and others on recognitions for Frances Ireland, F.C. A. Jeanneret and Sidney Hermant. There is also a copy of Sword's paper entitled "Democratization of Universities, 1960-1974: some Commonwealth comparisons" and a copy of a paper given to him "The History of CUSO" [Canadian University Students Overseas]. Also included are photographs documenting Sword at various University events from 1967 to 1978, mainly photographed by Robert Lansdale. Also a photo album on the retirement party for Sarah McCausland.
