File also contains a pamphlet advertising Continuing Education Seminars at Yale Divinity School from October 19-23, 1987.

Vesey, writing from Guatemala, including correspondence from Monseigneur Eduardo Ernesto Fuentes Duarte, bishop of Sololá, copies of newspaper articles, a letter from Rev. Leslie A. Branch to Charles Jones of Ave Maria Press regarding "Love in a Fearful Land", a shipment receipt (?), and a typed synopsis of a phone conversation with Vesey. It is unclear if this conversation was with Nouwen or one of his assistants.
File consists of a letter from Jean Vanier, including a very long typed letter from Nouwen endorsing Vanier's nomination for the Templeton Prize, Teresa de Bertodano's nomination and Vanier's typescript "The Healing Community".
