File contains letters collected by or given to Edward Johnson from Georges Bizet, Claude Debussy (photograph), Gaetano Donizetti, Jenny Lind, Giacomo Meyerbeer, Adelina Patti/Giuseppe Verdi, Ignacy Paderewski (signed photograph), Giacomo Puccini, and Richard Wagner. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are autograph letters, signed (ALS).

Collier quintet : photographs

File includes proofs of the Collier quintet members circa 1958, and a photograph of Ron Hughes, Rob McConnell, Ted Roderman and Collier in a recording session at Hallmark studios, May 1963.

Series also contains autographed photographs from Elly Ameling and Philippe Entremont, and a photograph of Taussig with Natalia Granados (Barcelona, 1980).

Correspondence and memorabilia

Series consists of Gustav Ciamaga's personal correspondence with other composers and musicians, family members, researchers, and engineers, as well as miscellaneous memorabilia, including certificates and photographs.

Dennis Burton artwork

File includes twelve text-based pieces by Dennis Burton from February 1966 that he gave to Ron Collier before moving to Vancouver to teach at the Emily Carr University of Art and Design; Burton's artwork for a Lee Konitz album cover; a copy of Musicworks (issue 11, Spring 1980), which was a special Dennis Burton issue; and a poster for a Dennis Burton exhibit.
