  • beware of the dog" in the front cover by Wilfred Watson. Although this notebook has been dated 1963, it may contain earlier material as one drawing is annotated "21 Sussex Ave.", Watson's address from 1959 to 1961 when she was living in Toronto pursuing her PhD.
