Photographs, diplomas and artifacts document the student life of U.C. graduate Lidia Lagodich who received her B.A. in 1950 and went on to get a Bachelor of Library Science in 1951. Included are snapshots of Lidia with her friends on campus and at convocation as well as a photo album.
There are also photographs of engineering graduate Shams-Ul Huda, a foreign student from India with whom Lagodich was friends. Some of the snapshots were sent to Lidia from Shams-Ul. Their friendship is also documented in correspondence that Shams-Ul sent to Lidia over several decades.
Formal group portraits include University College Graduating Class 1950, Falconer House 1948-49, and Mulock House, Whitney Hall, 1946, Cody House, Whitney Hall 1949-50, Grad House 146 St. George, 1947-48 and 1950-51.

Fonds consists of research material gathered by John Hadwen as source material for his manuscript on the Colombo Plan. He appears to have worked on this project at two different points: during a year leave to study in Geneva in 1971-72 and after his retirement in 1987. Included are original documents and later photocopies of External Affairs documents, published material, internal printed documents for delegates to Colombo Plan Consultative Committee meetings, correspondence, briefing notes, and draft manuscripts. The final copy of Hadwen's manuscript on the Colombo Plan, and his correspondence with a publisher, are also included.

This fonds consists of three series, divided primarily by subject matter and reflecting Clery’s working division of his files. The series are: ‘Monographs’, ‘Print Journalism’, and ‘CBC Radio and Television’.

The first series, ‘Monographs’, includes notes, clippings, book outlines, correspondence, book drafts, file cards, and promotional material related to various publishing projects undertaken by Clery.

The second series, ‘Print Journalism’, includes interviews, typescripts, offprints, correspondence, financials, and clippings related to Clery’s work on: Books in Canada, On The Town, the Royal Commission on Book Publishing, Seasons of Canada, Socialist Commentary, Yorker, Moses Znaimer, and Canadian Publishing generally.

Includes correspondence and other print material related to Hungarian-American playwright and novelist Ferenc Molnar (1878-1952) and his legal wife, the actress Lili Darvas (1902-1974), with some letters addressed to Kati Rekai (1921-2010). Rekai’s aunt, Wanda Bartha, was Molnar’s private secretary, literary advisor and soul mate who died prematurely at the age of 38, and was also best friends with Darvas. Most material is in Hungarian. Molnar wrote Companion in Exile (1950) to honour the memory of his life with Wanda Bartha. Also includes a variety of material related to Kati Rekai, including a typescript account by Dr. John Rekai of the Rekai family’s experience emigrating to Canada in 1950, print items and some correspondence.

Fonds consists of the records of Dr. Fraser Mustard, documenting his long and varied career in health, medicine and education, and his work building interdisciplinary, cross-university institutions for research and advocacy. The contents of the fonds primarily document the last 20-30 years of Dr. Mustard’s career, although there is some coverage of his early research and teaching career in medicine. The fonds provides a significant record of the work of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIAR) and Founders’ Network, as well as the Early Years Report, Council for Early Childhood Development (CECD), Aga Khan University and Dr. Mustard’s work in Australia.

Records include correspondence, day planners and itineraries, travel files, meeting notes, presentation slides, news clippings, reports, minutes, outreach material, photographs and other records documenting Dr. Mustard’s speeches, awards and honours, writing, travel, and support for various government initiatives, businesses, academic institutions and community organizations. Evident throughout is Dr. Mustard’s innovative approach to pedagogy and organizational structures, his persistent advocacy, and his insistence that governments and communities adopt strategies to early childhood education that are grounded in sound research.

The fonds also documents some aspects of Dr. Mustard’s personal life, including some family correspondence and records relating to personal events, such as his 75th birthday, the publication of his biography, and his death.

Fonds consists of material related to the professional life of Hershell Ezrin, in particular his career in provincial and federal government. Records document his transition between roles as Canadian Consul, Executive Director of the Canadian Unity Information Office, and later, Principal Secretary to Ontario Premier, David Peterson. Extensive correspondence and press clippings reflect professional moves as well as the large network of individuals surrounding Ezrin in his positions in both the public and corporate sectors. The fonds also consists of addresses given by Ezrin following his time at Queen’s Park, personal and family correspondence and photographs, as well as images and publicity material related to the negotiations and patriation of the Constitution Act. Fonds consists mainly of records related to the production of the musical comedy/operetta Saints Alive! (1949) for which Ronald Bryden (later a theatre critic and academic) wrote the libretto and Keith MacMillan wrote the music during their time at Trinity College. Included are copies of the script, libretto, and score; MacMillan’s scrapbook about the show, with his annotations on the script; lists of cast members; programs and reviews. As well, there is a script and parts of the handwritten music manuscript for another collaboration by MacMillan and Bryden: the one-act musical comedy What – No Crumpets! (1947). The fonds includes other creative writing by MacMillan from his Trinity days.
