Course notes taken by Professor James Playfair McMurrich of lectures in geology and mineralogy given by Professor Edward John Chapman (1876-1877); travel journals kept by his daughter, Kathleen Isabel McMurrich (West Indies, 1915-1916; Italy, 1922; United Kingdom, 1935; and northern USA and Canada, 1939), and her notebooks on neuro-anatomy and physiology (1943-1949).
Photographs and postcards document Kathleen McMurrich's travels to the West Indies and McMurrich family travels across the United States and Canada (1915-1946, predominantly 1938-1939).

20 unnumbered leaves, with 16 additional items laid-in. Contents of a scrapbook and photo album (disbound) compiled by Sergeant Norman L. Smith during World War II. Includes copies of letters, telegrams, and postcards sent home, newspaper clippings, Christmas and Mother's Day cards issued by the Army, hand-drawn maps, photographs of the soldiers in Smith's division and the areas in which they were stationed, French and German currency, printed maps annotated by Smith, and German-language leaflets dropped by American forces to instruct enemy soldiers on the process of surrendering.
Includes materials relating to Lennox Robinson, collected by Quentin Brown such as the journals of Lady Gregory which were edited by Robinson; a stage manager’s copy of “Drama at Irish,” received from Robinson by Brown; a programme of a performance of “Drama at Irish;” photographs of Robinson; and newspaper clippings.

Fonds consists of records kept by W.B. Crowe while a student at the Trinity Medical College (1892-1896) and for several years after graduation. Files include lecture notes and examination papers; printed ‘admission cards’ allowing entrance to lectures; receipts from the Registrar; certificates from the various levels of his training; programs from Medical College social functions including the annual dinners (1892-1895); speeches; commencement programs; notebooks; and papers relating to his time in Scotland. Also included is a prescription book with initial date of March 1894 that seems to have been used throughout his career as a physician. Photographs include a tintype of W.B Crowe treating a patient, a photograph of the dissecting class, and a class photograph. Also included is a clipping from the Toronto Globe and Mail showing the graduating class composite picture for 1895-6.

Hart House String Quartet collection
Collection consists of 10 scrapbooks created by the Hart House String Quartet and their business manager, Milton Blackstone, which contain programs and newspaper clippings of reviews and press releases for their concerts. Two volumes (Volume 5, 1929-1931; and, Volume 7, 1932-1934) are missing from the collection. The collection also contains two scrapbooks for the Canadian Concert Association, during the time that Milton Blackstone was the director (1933-1935 and 1936), and a small collection of annotated scores and parts for violin and piano, previously owned and annotated by Geza De Kresz.
Hart House String Quartet
The collection consists of manuscripts, typescripts and carbon copies of short stories, essays and excerpts from Two Thousand Miles of Gold, from Val d'Or to Yellowknife (1946). It also includes newspapers clippings on gold mines and mining in Canada, as well as notes.
