Moffatt for the 19th century as well as a Marey Sphygmograph used for measuring blood pressure during the same time period. Unfortunately, there is no documentation regarding his years with the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto, or his involvement with the Ontario March of Dimes in Northern Ontario.
