    This footage has been transferred from the "McLuhan Project." Chapter one (from Tape #1) begins with exterior (EXT) footage of the McLuhan residence at 3 Wychwood Park. The following interview with Eric McLuhan explores expressions used by Marshall McLuhan in his interview with Mike McManus in "A Backward Glance." (TVO, 1972). Duration 27:50.

DVD Chapter 2 (tape #2) features a continutation of the interview with Eric McLuhan. Duration 28:25.

The interview was used in "Marshall McLuhan's ABC." (TVO, 2002).

    This footage has been transferred from the "McLuhan Project." Chapter 1 (tape #3) features the third part of an interview with Eric McLuhan, exploring expressions used by Marshall McLuhan in his interview with Mike McManus in "A Backward Glance." (TVO, 1972). Duration 28:55.

DVD Chapter 2 (tape #4) features the fourth part of the interview with Eric McLuhan. Duration 10:10.

    "A Backward Glance" was produced by TVO (TV Ontario) in 1972. It consists of an intro and extro by Ann Medina and two half hour interview dialogues between Marshall McLuhan and Tom Wolf, and Marshall McLuhan and Mike McManus. Interviews were conducted in 1972. Duration 55:25.

Most of this footage was recut into "Marshall McLuhan's ABC" (TVO, 2002).
