Letters to Wendel from Boisen are regarding a manuscript she wrote about her own experience (citing Boisen) in 1961 (letters are dated 1961 and 1962). There are two copies of Wendel's manuscript; one complete version with illustrations, and one without. File also includes an article by Wendel entitled, “A Visit,” and a Christmas portrait of the Wendel family in 1970. The material was sent to Nouwen by Wendel in 1971.
