Responsibility to Protect

File contains The Responsibility to Protect, the report published by the International Commission on Intervention and State Sovereignty, as well as a supplementary volume which includes background research. The entire report, and a French language version, as well as the supplementary volume are included in a digital format on a CD-ROM located at the back of the volume. The file also contains a report on The Responsibility to Protect by Dr. Erika Simpson, presented to the Canadian Pugwash Group.

Review of Consular Affairs

File consists of the final report of the Review of Consular Affairs, published by the Evaluation Division of Office of the Inspector General.

Material from Daily Folders

File consists of manuscript notes, daily schedules, speaking notes, travel itineraries, and other briefing documents pulled from Graham's ministerial folders in preparation for his testimony at the Arar inquiry. The original folder noted that the material was removed on April 16 and 20, 2004 and was intended to be returned to its original location.
