File consists of correspondence between Graham and his constituents and non-governmental organizations, drafts of letters, and reference material informing the letters including press releases, draft legislation, a Supreme Court reference, and news articles.

File consists of records reflecting Graham's legislative work to prohibit dissemination based on sexual orientation and the advancement of same sex marriage legislation. The file includes extensive correspondence, especially from constituents, other members of Parliament, and non-governmental organizations, newspaper clippings and photocopies of articles, and drafts of speeches and talking points.

Speeches & Legislation

File consists of excerpts from Hansard, speaking notes, and copies of legislation proposed during Graham's time as a member of Parliament which were related in someway to the advancement of gay rights or same sex marriage. The file also includes news releases, photocopies and printouts of news articles, and research and briefing documents. The final item in the file is two copies of "An Act respecting certain aspects of legal capacity for marriage for civil purposes" (Bill C-38), dated to the day it received royal assent, signed by Graham and five other members of Parliament.

This item is a plan which shows University of Toronto property bounded by Hoskin Avenue, St George Street, Bloor Street, and Avenue Road. The area marked "C" is omitted. It accompanied the Agreement / Indenture between the Governors of the University of Toronto and Trinity College, for the removal of Trinity College to Queen's Park, University of Toronto, dated 15 November 1910. The original signed linen plan is included in Corporation records; a blueprint copy was made by Darling & Pearson, December 1920, herein included.
