Item is a Blissymbolics communication book used by Paul Meyers, consisting of printed and hand-written symbols and translations assembled in board format. Book additionally includes communication instructions and techniques, documents relating to Goldcrest Co-ops and Accreditation Ontario, and a family tree created by Meyers.

The bulk of the material is from the earliest years of the Bliss Project when it took place at the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, the then Ontario Crippled Children's Centre.
This series includes materials related to the copyright, licensing, sub-licensing and use of Blissymbols by Blissymbolics Communication Institute - Canada and their affiliates. Additionally, it includes correspondence with lawyers and solicitors in relation to the legal dispute between Charles K. Bliss and BCIC regarding their symbol licensing agreement.
