Accession consists of Province of Ontario Letters Patent Incorporating Infrasizers Limited on November 18, 1936. Letters Patent name: Herbert Edward Terrick Haultain, Gareth Edward Maybee, Norman Robert Tyndall, William Hedley James Maybee, and Agnes Eleanor Pinard. Accession also includes common share stock certificates representing shares held in trust by the Infrasizers Limited Board of Directors dated 1972-1981; A minute book for meetings of the Directors and Shareholders of Infrazisers Limited 1937-1968; and a Infrasizer Limited Report prepared by ComGroup Consultants dated October, 1980.

This accession contains personnel (human resources, HR) records of retired and terminated faculty from the University of Toronto Mississauga campus who had appointments within the Department of Language Studies and its predecessor, University of Toronto's Humanities Department. These files predate the Dept of Language Studies (est. in 2008). They are from years ago before departments had their own budgets and we were just listed as Humanities. It included departments such as Philosophy, Fine Art (no longer a dept on campus), German (no longer a department or formal program of study - only service courses now), Italian, French, English, Drama, Slavic Studies, History, and Classics.

This accession contains organizational records of the Options Conference mainly with respect to delegates originating from Prof. Saywell, then principal of Innis College and responsible for organizing the Conference. Included are records relating to delegates such as lists, correspondence, requests for papers, background papers as well as general correpondence, reports, programmes, memos and invitations.

These records appear to have been created and compiled by The Royal Conservatory of Music / Faculty of Music and pertain to the operations of the Frederick Harris Music Co., Limited, the largest and oldest print music publisher in Canada and a subsidiary of The Royal Conservatory of Music. The records include incoming and outgoing correspondence, memoranda, estimates, royalties, pension commission returns, and statements for foreign capital investments.

University of Toronto. Students' Administrative Council

Includes administrative records in the form of correspondence, financial documents, minutes of committees, policies and reports documenting many of the activities of the Students' Administrative Council.
Early records to the 1960s are mainly financial and include trial balances, audit reports, budgets, financial statements and reports. There is extensive correspondence from the General Secretary Treasurer, Mr. E.A. MacDonald from 1934-1949 except a brief interlude during the war period when Ms. A.E.M. Parkes took on this acting role. There is correspondence for her tenure for the year 1943-44 only.
Financial records, reports, studies, policies and event files document the period from the mid 1960s to the mid 1980s. There are also files on broader student governing bodies such as the National Federation of Canadian University Students, the Canadian Union of Students and the Ontario Federation of Students.
