Rekai’s aunt, Wanda Bartha, was Molnar’s private secretary, literary advisor and soul mate who died prematurely at the age of 38, and was also best friends with Darvas. Most material is in Hungarian. Molnar wrote Companion in Exile (1950) to honour the memory of his life with Wanda Bartha. Also includes a variety of material related to Kati Rekai, including a typescript account by Dr. John Rekai of the Rekai family’s experience emigrating to Canada in 1950, print items and some correspondence.

Most of the documents contain information from the regional party committee on the implementation of decisions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian SSR Council of Ministers, on the report of the L’viv Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, such as activities on strengthening ideological work among the public, and the fight with the Ukrainian nationalist underground movement. Some examples of the documents in the collection include: report reviews and copies of sentences from the Drohobych Military Tribunal; lists of groups of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army in the Drohobych Region; documents on the trial of Mykhailo Stakhur (1932-1951), a member of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army who assassinated the pro-Soviet Ukrainian writer Iaroslav Halan (1902-1949); information, inquiries, and special reports from the NKGB and NKVD, including on the number of people forcibly displaced by the Nazis to Germany from the occupied territories in 1941-1945; inquiries by the Committee for State Security to the regional party committee on special checks of writers and artists; and inquiries and information on the evacuation of the Polish population from the territory of the Ukrainian SSR to Poland, and resettlement of the Ukrainian population that arrived from Poland.

Collection of lecture notes and miscellaneous material relating to the philosophy of Sankara, a seventh century Hindu philospher. The lectures were delivered by Miss B.S.A. de Branconiere, also identified as 'Guru Sahasrara Satchitananda,' to the student members of the Oriental Literature Society of California. She is described as "an accredited Messenger from the Sankaracharya School of Philosophy, France." The collection also contains an Esoteric Dictionary which was compiled by Mary Elizabeth Gilmore in the mid-1950s. The Dictionary contains definitions of philosophical and literary terms drawn from the lectures. It appears Gilmore gathered and arranged the lectures in their present form sometime in the mid-1930s.
The bulk of the collection concerns the Toronto branch of the Association and is comprised mainly of correspondence, reports of meetings and conventions, membership lists, minutes of executive meetings, newspaper clippings, poetry, bills, receipts, financial statements, and programs.

The collection consists of German, Polish, Ukrainian, KGB and other documents related to the Ukrainian underground movement. It also includes extensive correspondence, clippings and other documents pertaining to the Ukrainian underground.
Correspondence with officials and British authors, journals kept while in China 1883-85 and 1906-1910, typescripts of chapters of his various published books, his unfinished autobiography, scrapbooks, photos and memorabilia.

This collection consists of two war diaries from 1918, as well as notes for a planned trip to Europe and England. It also contains memorabilia and slides of the 1953 Coronation of Elizabeth II, attended by McRuer and his wife.

Additional documentation includes microfilms of G.M. Miller's ledger books (1894-1912), as well as correspondence, specifications and other materials for several of the buildings designed by Miller of his son. It also includes photographs of many of the buildings designed by Miller and a small amount of biographical material.
The collection largely consists of letters written by Hughes to her mother describing her activities and giving information about her health and diabetic condition. The letters dating from August to November 1922 describe Hughes' experiences in Toronto where she was treated with insulin by F.G. Banting.
