The records contain a large amount number of files from past VPs Carolyn Tuohy and Sheldon Levy.

Further, there are also numerous reports and memoranda including the University of Toronto Tree Inventory, a planning report for the University of Toronto at Scarborough College (1963), the Marsden Report (1984), Recommendations for closure of Architecture and Landscape Architecture (1986), the St. George Revitalization Project (1995), and the Mississauga Master Plan (2000).
