The records consists of a complete set of CAPUT meeting minutes from 1907 to 1978. Also included are records pertaining to student clubs and to the Presidential Advisory Committee on Disciplinary Procedures (the Campbell Committee). There are also numerous individual disciplinary case files for examination irregularities and for student misbevaviour, from 1930 to 1977, including files from the CAPUT hearing, 21 May 1974 - 25 June 1974, into the conduct of Tony Leah and William Schabas, in preventing the delivery of an address by American urbanologist, Edward Banfield, at the University. The files were originally included in accession B2010-0024, the personal papers of Robert Spencer who initiated the Centre and served as Director from 1976-1986.

Correspondence files of the Director of the David Dunlap Observatory arranged by authors and subjects (1932-1970), subject files (1950-1964) and one photograph (1956).

David Dunlap Observatory Scrapbook

David Dunlap Observatory scrapbook was prepared in 1934 by Jessie Donalda Dunlap for her son as a Christmas gift. The scrapbook contains letters, printed articles, clippings and photographs documenting the David Dunlap Observatory from its initial conception through it's construction and opening.

The Scrapbook, which measures 22" x 38" when open, was donated by the Dunlap family to the David Dunlap Observatory in 1968 where it resided in the main entrance of the Administration Building until 2008.
