Records consist of correspondence, committee minutes and reports of the Planning and Budget Office. Records in oversized and damaged boxes were re-boxed into smaller ones in April 2011; as a result there are a total of 124, not 94 boxes.
Includes original minutes and agenda for the Presidential Advisory Committee on Accommodation and Facilities (1958-1980) and the Budget and Planning Secretariat (1992-1993 and 1996-1998). Also, consists of subject files pertaining to various University of Toronto colleges, centres, chairs, institutes, and departments. Further, there are also numerous reports and memoranda including the University of Toronto Tree Inventory, a planning report for the University of Toronto at Scarborough College (1963), the Marsden Report (1984), Recommendations for closure of Architecture and Landscape Architecture (1986), the St. George Revitalization Project (1995), and the Mississauga Master Plan (2000).
