The congress will allow participants to gather information to "restore the family in your community, country and throughout the world." The Family Research Council is a pro-family group that is one of the sponsors of the congress. Letter includes a pamphlet with information on the conference.

File also consists of one letter from Heidi S. Sekovski, Faculty Secretary, writing on behalf of Robert J. Banks, to inform Nouwen that Banks is away on study leave in Australia, and she would be sending Nouwen's letter to him in the next week.
