Bridgeway

Menu has a small specials menu stapled to front cover and a larger chef's specials menu sheet on the inside.

Mother Tucker's

Includes "Tucker's Tabloid" with menu and information in a newspaper form, and a liquor list and rib menu that appears to be ripped out from a larger menu.

South Chinatown Restaurant

Menu contains 5 pages of laminated and non-laminated menus. Menu sheets were housed in a burgundy menu folder but have been removed for preservation.

Village Station Restaurant

Menu is in the form of a gazette with historical information on dining and the Canadian Pacific Railway, possibly made for the 90th anniversary of CP Hotels. Also includes a smaller version of the menu.

Menu is bronze coloured and laminated with silver Chinese characters on front for Dong Qia. Inside menu is one page, photocopied and handwritten in English and Chinese. Inside is a separate printed food menu and wine list.
