Andrew Adridge is a Guyanese-Canadian vocal performer, and a graduate from the University of Toronto opera program. He works as the Operations Associate for, and is the Co-Founder of Opera InReach, an initiative aimed at examining the civi impact of opera, creating an authentic Canadian identity for it, and engaging the next generation of performers with equitable and diverse digital programming and mentorship. Andrew and Rosemonde's conversation covers topics including tokenization and diversity, the arts, Black Lives Matter, and systemic discrimination.
