Series consists of records relating to O'Neill-Karch's various engagements with the John. M Kelley Library and staff throughout the years. Records primarily consist of correspondences pertaining to research questions and projects organized in participation with the library.

Items in the series specifically include:

• Letter from Margaret McGrath (Summer 1976), concerning bibliographical questions related to research on Henri Casgrain by O'Neill-Karch and PK.
• Copy of letter from Margaret McGrath to the National Library of Canada (August 19, 1976), related to above.
• Letter from Evelyn Collins to O'Neill-Karch (February 26, 1996), related to the USMC art collection, asking if she has any pieces in her office. A manuscript notation on the letter indicates that there was a watercolour by Robert Gagen in her office.
• Letter from Louise Girard (March 1, 1996), thanking O'Neill-Karch for donation of books.
• Email from Dave Hagelaar (February 20, 2006), thanking O'Neill-Karch for donation of books.
• Email from MOK (April 2, 2009), concerning six items from O'Neill-Karch's late colleague David M. Hayne (FRE, UC), for the Rare Books Collection.
• Email from Dave Hagelaar (April 2, 2009): "Those look good."
• Manuscript note from Jonathan Bengston (November 2, 2009), thanking O'Neill-Karch for donation of books and telling her that the funds she gave were "used to hire two students to work in the Print Room".
• Email from Betty Noakes (March 24, 2010), asking O'Neill-Karch "to be the representative donor in the report for the John M. Kelly Library", including examples of quotes from previous reports.
• Email from O'Neill-Karch to BN (March 25, 2010), responding favourably, plus a couple of other brief emails setting the date.
• Email from BN (March 30, 2010), setting the stage.
• Undated "quote" by O'Neill-Karch, double-sided draft.
• Email to Noel Mcferran (November 4, 2013), thanking him for putting on the Library monitors information about the Karch collection at the Gardiner Museum and asking him to circulate same to the smclist.
• Draft from MOK to Robert Edgett (April 24, 2014). Further to recent meeting and based on materials presented, thoughts on the SMC Library and a series of quotations that could be used to liven up rather dry material.
• Draft "Archival and Manuscript and Rare Book Collections".
• "The Library of the Future".
• Email from Noel Mcferran (July 24, 2015), concerning an exhibition on Eugene Labiche (1815-1888), celebrating the bicentenary of his birth, with some of the materials provided by O'Neill-Karch, being prepared by a work-study student, and asking O'Neill-Karch to make any necessary corrections.
• Email from O'Neill-Karch (November 20, 2015), sending congratulations and a photo of part of the display by PK.
• Email from O'Neill-Karch to Noel Mcferran (July 7, 2016), asking him to publicize an exhibition at the Gardiner Museum of items from the Karch collection.

Items in series are arranged chronologically, maintaining original order of material as received by O'Neill-Karch.
