History
The Literary Club, a successor to the earlier Ernescliffe Club, was founded by a group of graduates of Humberside Collegiate in Toronto. They met to discuss literature and to read their own writings between 1930 and 1934, while most of them were attending Victoria College, University of Toronto. Members included Dr. William Feasby and Professor Munro Beattie.
