Subseries consists of correspondence, notes, and other records relating to performances by Esprit Orchestra that were not part of their regular concert seasons. Events included "Coffee Chats" (1989-1991); performance of R. Murray Schafer's Patria V: The Crown of Ariadne (March 2, 1992); CBC broadcast of Patria V: The Crown of Ariadne (April 5, 1992); concert at the World Congress for Education and Communication on Environment and Development (ECO-ED) Gala (October 19, 1992); participation in the International Accordion Celebration (March 26 - April 4, 1993); Alex Pauk's conference presentation at "Partners in Change," the Association of Canadian Orchestras (ACO) and Orchestras Ontario (OO) National Conference (May 1996); concert at the Glenn Gould Studio with Richard Stolzman, clarinet (November 25, 1996); "Tender is the North," a Nordic Festival presented by Chamber Concerts Canada (June 1997); production of Schafer's Princess of the Stars (September 6-14, 1997); participation in project "introducing work of Dutch composers" (2000-2001; February-June, 2002); performance of Dream Play by Timothy Sullivan and The Summoning of Everyman by Charles Wilson, presented by Opera in Concert (OIC) (December 5, 2004); concert at Convocation Hall, McMaster University (November 4, 2005); and the Xenakis project (SoundaXis, June 1-11, 2006).
