File consists of carbon copies of letters from Fr. Jack Costello, editor, and other members of the Collective, to readers and supporters of the Catholic New Times thanking them for their donations, suggestions, criticisms, and submissions of articles and reports, or responding to their inquires about subscriptions. Some of the letters from staff also encourage continued contributions from regions of Canada outside of Ontario. File also includes carbon copies of letters from Costello to staff at other Catholic publications regarding the use or exchange of features and columns, and carbon copies of letters from Costello to concerned readers and one church official responding to concerns about the newspaper's coverage of and editorial position on homosexuality. File includes some correspondence from Chile. Original incoming correspondence is included with most of the letters.
