Scope and content
Subseries consists of a photo album curated by Setar Faithi. Many of the photographs depict life of the Peshmerga in Kurdistan during the 1980s, however some photographs also depict Setar in Toronto, including at protests in the 2000s. Many of the Kurdisan photographs feature memorials to fallen soldiers, photographs of rallies/speeches, group photographs, and daily life in Kurdistan.
