This series includes a collection of photographs documenting Christina McCall’s personal and professional life. It includes early formal and casual portraits of McCall from childhood to adulthood. There are also formal and candid portraits of her first husband, Peter C. Newman and her daughter, Ashley individually and together. There are pictures from the 1960s and 1970s documenting family trips, winter holidays, family gatherings, aboard a boat, and at home. There are photos from the 1980s through the 2000s consisting of family photos with Ashley, her second husband, Stephen Clarkson and his two daughters, Kyra and Blaise. There are photos related to McCall’s professional life that include images of Jo Clarke, Maureen McTeer, Robert Stanfield, and Bill Bennett. There are also portrait photographs of political figures, Edward R. Stettinius and Paul V. McNutt by the renowned photographer, Yousuf Karsh.
