Files 5-1 to 9-5 are described to the item level and have been digitized; each item is linked to the digitized image.
Files maintain their original order, organized by subjects and events. The original numbering system of the folders has been maintained, although it is unclear who kept this system (perhaps the secretary). Folders were numbered from 1 to 154, with some numbers missing and some unnumbered folders. Exceptions have been provided in the notes. Original folder numbers are written on the left corner of folders. Original file titles have been kept when available; however, titles within square brackets have been provided by the archivist. When a number is listed with a bracket beside it, ie. (1) or (2), this means that there were multiple folders with the same number, whether by accident or purposeful.
