Rose Hannah Barker was a Library Assistant at Victoria University from 1896 to 1934.

Fonds consists of diaries, 1885-1944, which reveal the activities and concerns of the Victoria University Library; correspondence, 1881-1941; 15 photographs; a handwritten copy of "The Old Ontario Strand", 1910 (copied by Annie Barker); and Annie Barker's will, 1951.
