Scope and content
Series consists of records documenting Nevitte’s teaching activities at universities throughout his career. Records primarily include syllabi, reading lists, notes, assignments, exams, and student work from various undergraduate and graduate political science courses Nevitte has taught at the University of Calgary and the University of Toronto. Courses cover a range of topics including comparative politics, public opinion and voting, and research methods and design. The records also document Nevitte’s teaching activities during his time at Harvard where he gave lectures on Canadian politics.
This series is subdivided into 5 subseries roughly based on course subject: Comparative Politics, Public Opinion, Canadian Politics, Research Methods and Design, and Miscellaneous. Due to the nature of the records, there may be some overlap between subseries.
