Textual records include minutes of staff meetings (1928-1969); Library Class minutes (1935-1949); manuscript by Bertha Bassam on history of the faculty, 1911-1972; course outlines. Photographs, contact prints and negatives document the School of Library Science from the 1930s to the 1970s. Included are images of earl graduating classes (1937, 1944) and classes from the late 1960s and early 1970s. There are portraits of staff, photos documenting events and facilities especially in the 1960s. There is also a set of construction photographs for the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Library complex (Robarts, Thomas Fisher Library and Bissell Building) from 1966-1973.
