This series includes mainly correspondence relating to Ham’s various academic and administrative appointments, mainly at the University of Toronto and relating to his many honours and awards bestowed on him throughout his career. There is an abundance of congratulatory correspondence relating to his appointment as President of the University of Toronto in 1978 and subsequently letters of regret and good wishes at his resignation in 1983. Files are arranged by appointment or award chronologically. B1999-0012 also has several diplomas (B.A.) and awards as well as a hand-written list of positions and appointments held by Ham at the University from 1965 to 1983.
