Series 1: Correspondence (15 September, 1936 - 2 May, 1939), primarily to and from the chair of the Committee, George de T. Glazebrook, but also including correspondence with George W. Brown, who worked closely with him, and relating to the broadcasting of Canadian local history and "portrait" series on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation stations. Correspondents include archivists D. C. Harvey, W. Kaye Lamb, and M. Seraphin Marion; historians A. S. Morton, Chester New, Fred H. Soward, and Reginald Trotter; and broadcasters include D. W. Buchanan, H. W. Morrison, Murray Gladstone, Allan Plaunt, and Charles Jennings; and Sir Ernest MacMillan.|
Series 2: Administrative files: Membership lists; "stampbook" of broadcasts, 1936-1938; memoranda on the broadcasting of local history; memoranda, rough notes by Glazebrook relating to and scripts for "Yonge Street" in the broadcast series "Historic Roads in Ontario"; lists of broadcasts for the "Canadian portrait" series.
