This series consists of records pertaining to the 25th G8 Summit, which took place in Cologne, Germany from June 18 to June 20, 1999. Records in this series include major summit documents, minor summit documents, official documents of member countries, records relating to bilateral meetings, records issued by non-member groups, and records relating to The Other Economic Summit (TOES). This series also consists of transcripts of wire services, and newspaper, news wire, web, magazine clippings, and other research materials pertaining to G8 nations and various economic, environmental, social, and political issues. Also included in this series are reports, papers, schedules, and surveys generated by the G7/G8 Research Group. This series also includes audio recordings of briefings and press conferences, as well as recordings of conferences presented by the G7/G8 Research Group. It also includes a disc containing presentation materials for the G8 Online program. Finally, this series includes items collected at the Cologne Summit.
